As a chat moderator, my responsibility is to ensure that the chat remains a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all users. I actively monitor conversations, enforce community guidelines, assist users with their questions, and prevent spam or inappropriate behavior. I take pride in being patient, fair, and committed to helping build a positive and engaging community.
Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I want to become a moderator because I see it as a meaningful way to support a growing international community. By promoting fairness, clarity, and a positive atmosphere, I can help improve user experience and build trust among members. With my calm personality, bilingual communication skills, and solid understanding of community dynamics, I’m confident in my ability to contribute effectively to the chat environment.
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, I received a permanent mute once due to a misunderstanding with a current moderator. It was an isolated incident and not reflective of my normal behavior. Since then, I’ve learned to communicate more clearly and respectfully, and I’ve used that experience as a lesson to help others avoid similar situations in the future.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Yes, I’ve served as a moderator on a small Thai gaming Discord server. My duties included keeping the chat organized, welcoming and assisting new members, and helping resolve minor conflicts. Although it wasn’t a large platform, the experience taught me the importance of consistency, fairness, and being attentive to community needs.
Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, I’m fully prepared to work both during the day and at night. I understand that Stake operates globally and requires 24/7 moderation. I’m flexible with my schedule and ready to help maintain a smooth and safe chat environment at any time of day.

- I spend 12 – 15 hours per day
3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
- Study the rules of the chat room carefully and maintain the chat room to be correct, honest, patient to withstand the pressure that you have to face, polite, not discriminating against religion, race, and maintain the order of the chat room to always be peaceful.
4.  Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
- I would like to help maintain the chat room system in Thailand because I am a Thai person who wants to see users chat happily without any quarrels. Everyone must be on the right side in the chat room all day long.
5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 
- I was muted once because I didn't know the rules of the chat room at first.
6.  Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
- Used to be an admin on an online sales page.
7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
- I am available to work both day and night as assigned.

You can study it at the Thai chat channel. There are many foreigners who are not really Thai people who come to infiltrate and farm in the Thai chat channel as a group. There are conversations all day and all night. There are many violations of the rules, such as copying text, using meaningless text, and using language translation apps in the conversation. 

It has spread to insulting the chat moderators, cursing Thai people even though they have their own channels but come to take advantage of the Thai chat channel. The officers will never find out because they are blind and they will delete this message.

 
I am sure that the Thai chat channel is full of people who make money by farming, chatbots, and are not the actual nationalities in the room.
