• A sports chat moderator oversees and manages live discussions in online sports-related chats, forums, or social media platforms. Ensuring participants follow guidelines, such as avoiding hate speech, offensive language, or inappropriate content. Monitoring chats for spam, trolling, or off-topic comments and removing them as needed. Keeping the conversation respectful and on-topic, especially during intense moments like live games or heated debates. Addressing conflicts between users and de-escalating arguments. Fostering positive interactions by sparking discussions, asking questions, or highlighting key moments in the game. Assisting users with technical issues or clarifying rules and expectations for the chat.

• No, because I am a disabled person of the first degree and i can not work nightshifts it is forbidden for me, but i am from Serbia and i think your company will have some benefits if you hire a disabled person.
