Hi everyone, I’m sharing my case here in case it helps others, and also hoping it can get the right visibility.
What happened (Step by Step):
A few days ago, I received an XRP bonus from Stake (thank you again).
I decided to withdraw the bonus to my wallet on Lemon Cash (an exchange based in Argentina).
Unfortunately, I forgot to include the Destination Tag when making the withdrawal.
The XRP left Stake successfully and arrived at Lemon’s XRP wallet address, but couldn’t be credited to my personal account due to the missing tag.
I contacted Lemon’s support and explained everything. After some back and forth, they located the funds.
Lemon then returned the XRP back to the original wallet (Stake’s sending address), discounting 0.5 XRP for the handling.
Transaction hash returned: 39706C0BDB609B7A34C3EEE163C32257C0F72D76990DD814921CDBECF016ABA7
I reached out to Stake’s Finance department to inform them about the return, with screenshots and a transcript from Lemon support.
I’m now waiting for confirmation that the returned funds can be credited back to my Stake account.
A small request for help:
I understand that the error was mine, but since this involved a Stake bonus and the funds have already been returned, I would really appreciate any help or exception the team can offer to get the balance re-credited.
If any moderator or staff member could help push the case forward, I’d be truly grateful.
Thanks for reading. I hope this gets resolved soon.
