Hey everyone,
I’ve wagered over $200,000 this past month, hit Platinum 1, and took a loss of around $15,000. I’ve seen people receiving email bonuses left and right, yet I haven’t received anything.
 
What’s the difference? Why are some accounts being rewarded while others get ignored, even with high activity and verified losses?
 
Also, can we talk about the monthly bonuses? It’s been a month and 7 days since the last one. Why does Stake wait 15+ days into a new month to drop them? By the time we get it, the wagering we've done in the new month might not even be counted. Are we just being strung along here?
 
I’m genuinely starting to get pissed off. Some transparency or at least a timeline would be appreciated. We’re loyal users, throwing big money around. A little acknowledgment would go a long way.

Bro u are mad at this I am here not getting any forum challenge winnings from past 2 weeks after completing every requirement and having multis like 1200x and 6900x lol 
And I have contacted stake at every possible way but still no reply ni email and no peice of shit I have lost much to achieve those challenges but here what I see is I am not eligible for some unknown reasons 
 
Hope the so called reasons will be disclosed coz we have payed u guys 15 percent taxes over our INR withdrawals and still paying 10 percent everytime and u owe us at least a better reasoning ,if not no worries we will find a better place to be treated better♥️

Stake changed I'm from India for us they are charging a withdrawl fee of 10 percent this is too much in gambling platform 

I asked support once and the answer was: sorry, the marketing manager forgot about you and we hope that in the near future you will receive a good bonus by email, after that for another 2 months not a single promotion by email!

Im at plat VI and i used to get more bonuses at lower levels with much lower losses. go figure, also seems to be waiting for monthly alot longer when on losing streaks and usually disappointed with amount.
 

Good or bad monthly?

Haven't had an email bonus (apart from pre, monthly etc) for over 12 months and im plat 2. Wager plenty most weeks but 0 extras 😐 looking for an alternative site now I'm done with stake

I also stopped getting any kind of mail bonuses after I moved up to Platinum 4 rank.

My VIP Ladder bonuses started in Platinum but immediately went away when i signed up for an affiliate program like FreeCash. that being said i received one last week along with a lot of others so they may have just suspended the bonuses like that for 6 months.
