No Email Bonus Despite $200K Wager and Plat 1 – What's Going On?

I’ve wagered over $200,000 this past month, hit Platinum 1, and took a loss of around $15,000. I’ve seen people receiving email bonuses left and right, yet I haven’t received anything.

 

What’s the difference? Why are some accounts being rewarded while others get ignored, even with high activity and verified losses?

 

Also, can we talk about the monthly bonuses? It’s been a month and 7 days since the last one. Why does Stake wait 15+ days into a new month to drop them? By the time we get it, the wagering we've done in the new month might not even be counted. Are we just being strung along here?

 

I’m genuinely starting to get pissed off. Some transparency or at least a timeline would be appreciated. We’re loyal users, throwing big money around. A little acknowledgment would go a long way.

Stop complaining, Stake says around 15th every month. Some times spot on, sometimes earlier,  sometimes a little after. Its the same every month, if you get the monthly before, why complain the next month?

My friend, we all love the monthly bonuses... and when u loose big, of course you want it earlier. But look on the bright side! Last was 6th march, if next is 15th, then u get 39 days monthly bonus instead of 30. Win win situation

gotta hate it.. All support has to say "its our marketing team who release the bonuses" like tf.. we've wagerd through the specific month so release the monthly at that month instead of draggin it.. and god knows if the amount we've wagered during that month even gonna be counted towards the monthly that's about to come.. I've stopped playing since end of march to start of april since I wagered about 30k and lost around 2k$ now they're draggin tf out of this current monthly. which this is gonna be the 6th' weekly before we got 1 monthly.  makes absolutely no sense. I'm really hoping I'm not gonna get scammed out of this monthly and end up getting a happy meal worth of a monthly after being down 2K$

I am even banned from any sports or casino promotions and bonuses, even though I am a loyal player too , a platinum1 guy who lost thousands of dollars recently. Did I complain? Yes. But unfortunately stake support couldn't help on this issue. Stake in 2021 was something , it's completely different now. I am playing here from 2018 so I know the clear difference how stake was before.

It's been over 6 months i did not receive any email bonus ZERO either and i wagered millions lol

My VIP Ladder bonuses started in Platinum but immediately went away when i signed up for an affiliate program like FreeCash. that being said i received one last week along with a lot of others so they may have just suspended the bonuses like that for 6 months.
