I wasn't on any tier and still recieved something 2 to 3$ , that's the maximum not vips can get so maybe you can get something 5 to 10 times of that I'm not sure as I don't know that birthday bonuses are same for all tiers or different for different just making an assumption coz vips are treated well anyways so maybe you'll recieve more just complete the level 2 verification if you haven't
