Day 5, still no update. I am disappointed to see that the casino I once loved very dearly continues to prevent me from withdrawing my remaining funds despite completing all levels of verification as requested.

Still no updates regarding my account, going into the 4th day without unrestricted my account.

Was your issue resolved?

They've just restricted my ability to talk on livechat now lol I'm already verified level 4.

Something to do with illicit/stolen funds, but this is probably because i exchanged BTC > ETH on exch.cx and i set the recieving address as the stake deposit. Exch.cx is non kyc so a lot of funds are tainted. I didn't know this until after lol

Quite insane, and if you factor in the fact i've been loyal for years, and all time PNL is down in the millions, they still choose to not prioritise me, at the very least let me withdraw the small remaining funds i have lol I emailed [email protected] but i've just sent another to [email protected]

I've emailed, contacted my livechat and my VIP manager still nothing lol

That's nice to hear that your restrictions were lifted. Question, from the moment you successfully completed to level 4 to having the restrictions lifted and being able to withdraw, how long was that?

After a month of going back and forth with stake, I have finally completed verification 1-4. I was under the assumption my account restrictions would be lifted but it's been more than a day now and still nothing has happened. Bearing in mind, I have 130m wagered & diamond 3. Has anyone gone through something similar, will stake still let me withdraw my remaining funds?
