The primary responsibilities include: a) Monitoring chat behavior to ensure adherence to rules and guidelines b) Dealing promptly with spam, harassment, or inappropriate content c) Assisting users, resolving doubts, and guiding them toward official support channels if needed d)Maintaining a calm, unbiased, and supportive presence, especially in high-traffic or tense situations e) Fostering community spirit by encouraging respectful and inclusive interaction A moderator must strike the right balance between being approachable and assertive, ensuring fairness while protecting the platform’s integrity. 4. I’ve been part of this vibrant community long enough to understand how important moderators are to Stake’s culture. Absolutely, yes. I am comfortable working during nighttime and irregular hours.
