My account needed level 3 and 4 verification and i submitted all requested documents, level 3 was approved but level 4 is not being approved but they keep requesting the same exact documents i submitted, which is my employer pay slip for the months of August, September and October and i submitted that with my employer signature and company stamp and the same months bank statements and i also submitted that where it shows my employe payments as the pay slips i submitted and they just reject the documents and request again the same documents.
Its been like this for weeks with no apparent solution, i have +14,000 USDT on hold since October 2024
I tried contact

[email protected] and no answers at all from the emails sent, the only one that replies is the live chat but that also keeps requesting the same documents that i have sent +5 times.
I need a solution for this or my funds otherwise i have spoken with my lawyer and we will start a complaint directly with the curacao gambling department because we cant find a solution to this.
