Looking for another place to play now, not for the $30, but to be completely ignored I feel is totally unacceptable. Own up to the mistake and continue to make 1000s of $ of me. Instead they play the big game and are content with the customer base they have apparently. Well, I dont want to be part of that policy and take my business elsewhere.
