I have been a player since 2020 with a Platinum 4 level and have verified up to level 3. However, suddenly, I can no longer play, withdraw my money, or contact support directly. No explanation has been provided regarding this situation, which is unacceptable. Additionally, my documents for levels 3 and 4 have been refused without justification.
Please inform me of the reasons for this situation and advise me on the steps to take to resolve it.

-Level 3: You would need to upload a utility bill made out to your name for the previous 3 months, and proof of payment for said bill for the previous 3 months alongside this, you can merge all of these documents into a single PDF and upload it one the Verify page. Hello moderators and admins of Stake, I hope you are well, this thread is not intended to offend anyone and I also know that you do not have to give explanations, however there are many (frequent) users who are with the same problem. They are considered rain abusers and not only that, but there is also the problem of the codes.
We already know that this is the case, even though you continue not to answer any of the questions that we, the customers, have.
If you ask me, NO. I'm not in the chat just for the benefits, but of course it's a great motivator. I would love to know, if there is a real reason about the bans, because here it doesn't matter the deposits, losses or “disproportion” of rainfall between one user and another.
They started by saying ( @eduardopieldecuero ) that they wanted to fight the bots. We believed you at first, when none of the regular stake users could redeem telegram bonuses.
But everything was escalating until we, REAL stake USERS, started to get first the B and now the R.
It is your company and you know that there is an infinite amount of irregularities, now I ask myself. Why is the solution always to take the benefits from the depositing client, especially from the old accounts?
