However, suddenly, I can no longer play, withdraw my money, or contact support directly. No explanation has been provided regarding this situation, which is unacceptable. Additionally, my documents for levels 3 and 4 have been refused without justification. Please inform me of the reasons for this situation and advise me on the steps to take to resolve it. I have sent bills, bank statements, a donation letter, invoices paid by my clients, and correctly credited to my bank account, all in PDF format, but also photos taken with my cellphone of the original documents. Everything has been consistently rejected. I have been sending any document in my possession for a full 7 hours now: electricity and gas bills, bank statements, various letters, all of which clearly show my name, surname, and address. Why do they continue to reject them? I upload the bill, and they reject it saying they want one from the last three months. Then they want it in PDF format, and later a photo taken with my cellphone. I think they are making fun of me. They just rejected all the documents, and this time... they asked for all these. They are really ridiculous.

It's been over a month for me, with all my documents being rejected, and now I can't even log into their site. Be careful with your money. I have nothing to hide and can provide any document. My amount is stuck separately in it ?

I feel like a criminal or a bandit, even though all my documents are legitimate. They don’t give me any logical explanation for the refusals at levels 3 and 4. On top of that, I brought many affiliates to Stake. Maybe that’s why they want to keep my money and my affiliates for themselves. I can’t see any other reason for my account being frozen, even though it’s been verified since 2020. Be careful with your money. It's no longer possible to contact support except by email, and they no longer respond. hey, I was in the same situation as you, registered and verified since 2020, early November 2024 I had to verify lvl 3 and 4 to unblock my account, I managed to recover it after 2 months (early January) of email exchanges with support, don't give up 💪

Ive sent in 300 documents and still cant verify? this is something really crazy. They have said same thing about all my documents, they are suspic, but all my documents are real. Even went to the bank and got signed bank statement.
