I’m currently facing a serious issue with my account and I hope to receive support from the team as well as advice from the community.
I have successfully completed all 4 verification levels (Level 4 Verification) as required. All my documents and information were fully approved.
After that, I received an email stating that:
My account would be temporarily restricted from receiving rewards for 7 days.
However, deposits, withdrawals, and betting would continue to function normally during this period.
But in reality, my account is currently fully locked, and I am unable to:
Deposit
Withdraw
Place any bets
This situation does not match the information provided in the email I received.
I have already contacted support, but I have not received a clear explanation yet. Having my account completely locked is seriously affecting my experience and access to my funds.
I kindly ask the admin or support team to review my case as soon as possible. If anyone has experienced a similar issue, I would appreciate any advice or shared experiences.
Stake support keeps telling me to wait, but it has already been nearly 3 days.
