please tell me did you fix it? so im stuck also and i have 4k affiliate money in the account. Ive sent in 300 documents and still cant verify? this is something really crazy. They have said same thing about all my documents, they are suspic, but all my documents are real. Even went to the bank and got signed bank statement.

Today i went to the bank got it in papper. I took a picture and upploaded it and i got this answer: You sent a bank reference letter which is a photocopy of the original. Please provide another document. Like whatever i uppload always something. Ive upploaded atleast 200 documents atleast for the past 3 weeks. All gets rejected. Tax letters orignial pdfs. And many more things. Like this to me is crazy. I have done exactly what they are saying but still getting rejected. How is this possible? Please help me

@Erdem98765 im verified level 1 and 2 so thats fine. this is their answer: The document you provided to verify the address appears suspicious. Our recommendation is to submit monthly transactions or a card bank statement. they say nearly same thing on every thing i uppload. And i give them that, thats also rejected. Same thing over and over again. Ive done this like 100 times now. 3 weeks straight

I’ve uploaded well over 100 documents for Level 3 verification, many of which should meet your criteria. Despite this, my verification is still being rejected. I have made alot of verfications over the year and none of them has ever been a issue. I made a $400 deposit which I now can’t withdraw due to wagering requirements — requirements I can’t fulfill because my account remains restricted. On top of that, I’m unable to withdraw any of the affiliate earnings I've generated, even though those funds are unrelated to the deposit. Every time I contact support, I get the same generic response with no real help or clarification. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like I’m being stonewalled despite doing everything by the book. I told them i can screen share everything so you see my documents are real. I got bank statement and bank reference letter from the bank and even that is not working. municipality bill, or government tax letter also got rejected.
