I've uploaded around 300 documents now for Level 3 verification, and every single one has been rejected. I've gone through verification successfully at least 10 times with other books, so this situation is really strange. I even contacted my bank and asked for a reference letter. I submitted it, and this is the response I got: "The document you provided to verify the address appears suspicious. Our recommendation is to submit monthly transactions or a card bank statement." I called my bank again, and they confirmed the reference letter is valid — but it was still rejected. I've already submitted a card statement, bank statement, government tax document, and even a municipality bill. Every single document I submit gets rejected, and they’re all official, original PDFs. How can I get in touch with Eddie? I’m Plat 5 — I want my account back. I can’t even place bets right now. Does anyone else have same problem? @chin0 @Eddie

I’ve uploaded at least 200 documents, and they keep asking for different things. I've done verification for maybe 20 casinos, and I’ve never encountered problems like this before. It’s like they expect a perfect picture taken with a 20k HD camera or something. You really can’t make this up. All of my levels are getting declined. I post uttility bill and they change to show bank statement, i show bank statement they want something else? what else should i post myself naked or what? My username is ramtin24. They dont even let me withdraw the money i deposit ?? Because i need to 1x the money, wtf is this?
