Hello all, with heavy heart and pain I am writing this. last 20 hours have been devastating. I am placing sports bet since last 6 month and sometimes in casino as well. yesterday I was placing sports bet in cricket match as usual and all of a sudden I was not able to place bet and it was telling me to contact support {pic attached} the live support agent told me my acc is temporarily suspended, due to breach of TOS. I saw a mail in my account on 2;37 ist (Indian standard time) telling me my acc is suspended , contact
[email protected]. its been 24 hours but any official from stake haven't responded yet. I am devastated as I had 6-7k dollars worth of inr. subsequently at night I found out my father account was also suspended . even though he started sports betting since yesterday only . I am confused , scared . I have about 6-7k dollars in my account and stake live support is no use and nobody from stake have contacted me to resolve the matter . this problem never arises in stake since last 6 month . and it came out of nowhere since yesterday. its been 22 hours and no one has contacted me on how to resolve this and I sent 4 mails to them which I haven't got any response. brothers and sisters in stake ,pls help me to resolve this issue. all opinions , suggestions are welcome
