So I received a email saying if I wager $150 I will receive a $30 bonus , so I wagered that then I checked my email like 6 days later and it said i unlocked a $30 bonus so I tried to claim it , but it will not let me claim it , there is no expiration date on email and I claimed it within a week, I tried contacting live support but they have no knowledge of anything , all they tell me is be more careful and check your emails before bonuses expire , but on the emails there is no expiration date on the bonus and I claimed it writhing a week , and support just tells me they can’t tell me what the expiration date is because it’s not in there jurisdiction, so I asked to connect me with someone with more knowledge, and they said they can’t , so I’m frustrated, support can’t clarify why I can’t receive my bonus I unlocked by wagering the amount asked and they can’t connect me to someone that can There rude and I spend enough money on this site where I should be able to collect my bonus I earned by wagering the amount asked ! Is there anyone that could help me with this
