Ciscokid Posted February 18, 2025 #1 Posted February 18, 2025 So I received a email saying if I wager $150 I will receive a $30 bonus , so I wagered that then I checked my email like 6 days later and it said i unlocked a $30 bonus so I tried to claim it , but it will not let me claim it , there is no expiration date on email and I claimed it within a week, I tried contacting live support but they have no knowledge of anything , all they tell me is be more careful and check your emails before bonuses expire , but on the emails there is no expiration date on the bonus and I claimed it writhing a week , and support just tells me they can’t tell me what the expiration date is because it’s not in there jurisdiction, so I asked to connect me with someone with more knowledge, and they said they can’t , so I’m frustrated, support can’t clarify why I can’t receive my bonus I unlocked by wagering the amount asked and they can’t connect me to someone that can There rude and I spend enough money on this site where I should be able to collect my bonus I earned by wagering the amount asked ! Is there anyone that could help me with this

Ciscokid Posted February 18, 2025 Author #3 Posted February 18, 2025 It says I have wager that amount in 3 days that would unlock the bonus , it would have never unlocked the bonus if the 3 day wager period expired , it didn’t say I had 3 days to claim I just had to wager enough in 3,days to unlock that bonus
Saavinho Posted February 18, 2025 #4 Posted February 18, 2025 pretty weird, i received a wager deposit 1k wager 1000 and get 200 bonus and i claimed it without issue, are you sure u are on the correct account? If they say u to be careful of expiry dates tell them that the bonus says it "will be credited" and not you will be able to claim, i understand from that, that it will go directly to my balance or vault and i wont have to do anything else. Anyways, check again if u are on the correct account

Please remember to check your email regularly, as the bonus claim period may expire, just like the one you missed. Each coupon comes with its own limited-time offer. You met the bonus requirements, but unfortunately, you didn’t claim it in time. Remember to check your email two days after you have met the requirements for the bonus. Ciscokid Posted February 19, 2025 Author #6 Posted February 19, 2025 @FilipTa well first off it says once I meet the wager requirements it would be credited to my account , it doesn’t say I needed to claim it , even then I did claim it within a week and also there is no expiration date on the bonus I unlocked , but with that said I was told that once I meet the wager requirements the $30 bonus would be credited to my account , I’m not sure why it’s so hard to realize you guys worded email wrong , it says it will be credited it doesn’t say I needed to claim because I earned that bonus by meeting the wager requirements within the 3 day period so that bonus should have been credited to my account , it’s mine I earned it , it wasn’t a bonus drop where it’s first come first served, it’s actually something I earned , why is it so hard to comprehend , that $30 should have been credited
