Removing inappropriate, harassing, hateful, or spam content, and issuing warnings or bans to rule violators are part of the job. At the same time, it's important to constantly monitor chat rooms to encourage meaningful discussions and prevent conversations from straying off topic. Throughout this process, we manage disagreements impartially to create a fair, respectful, and inclusive positive environment and ensure members have an enjoyable time; finally, we perform administrative and coordination tasks such as reporting issues, violations, or new trends and providing information about announcements in collaboration with other moderators or administrators. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? First of all, I love this site and visit it often. I know I can get along well with people, and making money while doing so wouldn't be bad. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, I was muted a couple times. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I had previously been a GM in several PvP games and I moderated a few local forums. Are you prepared to work at nighttime? I don't have an active job, but I'm usually up at night. Hours are not an important factor for me.
