I made a deposit of ₹49,999 on February 21, 2025, at 7:08 PM IST using the bonus code "estake" for a 200% deposit bonus (₹99,998). However, the bonus has not been credited even after more than 24 hours.
After depositing, I waited 30 minutes, but no bonus appeared.
Since I didn’t receive the bonus, I started playing with my deposited amount.
I won and lost money multiple times but managed to recover my balance by 11:00 PM.
By 11:30 PM, I lost my entire deposit, and I still hadn’t received my bonus.
I sent two emails to Stake Support at 10:28 AM and 12:37 PM on February 22, but received no response.
I never attempted any withdrawals from my account before the bonus was supposed to be credited.
I Need Immediate Assistance
This is a huge amount (₹99,998 bonus), and I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Since support has not responded to my emails, I am posting here to escalate the matter.
