Discussion: INR Withdrawal on Stake β Unreliable, Slow, and Poor Support
Iβd like to highlight some serious issues regarding INR (Indian Rupee) withdrawals on Stake that many users, including myself, have been facing.
1. Extremely Slow Withdrawals
The INR withdrawal process is painfully slow. It often takes days, if not longer, for the funds to reflect in our bank accounts. There is no transparency or clear timeline provided by the platform, which creates unnecessary anxiety and frustration for users.
2. Lack of Customer Support
One of the most frustrating parts is the complete absence of a proper support system. There is no way to raise a formal support ticket, and the only response users get is from generic chat support, which offers no resolution or timeframe. In many cases, the support simply says, βplease wait,β without actually addressing the issue.
3. High Withdrawal Charges
Stake charges a 10% fee for INR withdrawals, which is extremely high compared to industry standards. Most platforms either offer free withdrawals or charge a minimal processing fee. Paying 10% and then dealing with poor service is simply unacceptable.
4. Lack of Accountability
Despite paying this high charge, users are still left facing delayed processing, no real-time updates, and no way to hold the platform accountable for the issue.
Conclusion:
INR withdrawal on Stake is currently unreliable and not user-friendly. The slow process, lack of ticketing system, and unreasonable 10% withdrawal fee make it difficult to trust the platform for real-money transactions in India. Stake needs to urgently improve its support system.
