My account was unfortunately compromised, and as a result, I lost control over it. I would like to emphasize that I had no reason or intention to self-exclude. If I had wanted a break, I would have simply used the break option rather than permanently disabling my account. I had pending reload bonuses and was close to receiving my monthly wager bonus, which I worked very hard to achieve through consistent play and dedication. It makes no sense for me to give up those rewards voluntarily.
From what I can see, whoever accessed my account acted maliciously. I even received a screenshot from someone in the challenges chat showing that my account was being used to advertise buying and selling of Stake accounts. That is not something I would ever do as the genuine account owner. It seems clear that whoever breached my account, and finding no funds to withdraw, chose to self-exclude out of frustration.
I fully understand that removing a self-exclusion—especially one set for 10 years—is impossible, and I respect Stake’s responsible gambling policies. However, since this situation was entirely outside of my control, I am humbly requesting that I at least be allowed to claim the monthly wager bonus and any pending reloads that I rightfully earned. After over two years of loyalty to Stake, it would mean a lot to have my play and honesty recognized with a fair resolution, even as I prepare to part ways from the platform.
I sincerely ask the recovery team to help me complete the ownership verification so I can continue this discussion with support and see if there is any possible way to receive what I worked so hard to achieve.

Finally, any forum managers reading this want full support from them to escalate this matter so that a decision could be taken sooner by stakes relevant department.
