Hello! I grew up in Thailand and now have been teaching children Thai for the past nine years and consider myself extremely fluent in it. I believe this position would be perfect for me! I would say on average, I spend around 7–10 hours per day actively monitoring and interacting in chat. Stake is typically open on my computer or phone for most of my day, which allows me to stay engaged with the community, assist users when needed, and keep up with ongoing discussions. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? Of course! I believe the role of a Moderator is to help maintain a safe environment and promote positivity by interacting and helping the community. This can include actions from warning/punishing players, making sure rules are known and followed accordingly, and promoting a safe environment where we can just talk about our days, life, or just chatting about some slots or originals. I believe moderators carry an immense amount of responsibility because they represent the face of the company, not only do they have to enforce the rules but be knowledgeable about a range of different topics. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I would love to become a moderator on Stake because I feel like I can bring a unique perspective to the team. I enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcome. I am patient when handling questions or conflicts, and I understand the importance of being fair, professional, and consistent when enforcing community rules. I am also active within the community and committed to contributing my time and effort to help make the chat a safe, engaging, and enjoyable place for all users. I believe my ability to stay calm under pressure and make objective decisions would allow me to handle challenging situations effectively. I understand that moderation is not only about enforcing rules but also about building trust within the community and setting a positive example for others. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? No, I have never been warned, muted, or banned. I take rules very seriously and always strive to follow the rules while helping maintain a positive environment. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I have been in many staff positions that would greatly benefit me in this role. I have served as a moderator across multiple servers and forums, ranging from smaller communities with around 50 active members to large communities with over 25,000 players. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong communication, conflict-resolution, and community management skills while adapting to the different challenges that come with evolving companies. I believe this experience would be greatly beneficial to the team because I already understand the responsibilities and expectations that come with moderation. I am comfortable working as part of a team, following established guidelines, and taking initiative when needed to help ensure the community remains welcoming, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.
