i feel like the provider gives the casino a range to chose from when it comes to rtp. and they can mess aroud with it when ever they want ..lets say the casinos rtp range to choose from for anygiven slot is 95% to 99% the casino can set it to 95 and 5 minutes later set it to any other value betwen that range .. idk its just a thought let me know what you think about it
