I self excluded indefinitely my account 9 months ago not knowing that i wont be able to access it again. I had not intentions of doing so and i just thought it was a temporary deactivation. Now, I wish to use my account. I have no gambling problems. Please help me reopen my account. Please suggest what to do and what steps to be taken for reactivation for my account.
