Even in giveaways with a low number of participants, despite joining consistently for a long time, I have never won. This raises concerns about whether the system is truly fair. I would like to request clarification on the following points: How are the winners determined? Is it completely random, or are there certain criteria involved? Is the algorithm or system used for the draws audited by any independent authority? Is the chance of winning genuinely distributed equally based on the number of participants?
