Hey firstly I hope yall are doing well. My stake username is Vaibhavsyn and I spend about a good 7-8 hours on the stake chat while actively indulging in meaningful discussions. The job of a moderator is to not only maintain discipline and decorum in the chat but to also make sure that people actively and intriguingly interact with each other while respecting each others integrity. Moderators are also known to make the discussions more interesting and bringing in challenges that entertains everyone. i will be really honest with you thr reason i want to be a moderator is because I spend a good time on stake and while I am at it i might as well be of some use to the organisation and also because it comes with monetary benefits. I’ve been muted a couple of times in the very beginning as I was not aware of the rules of the chat but once I was I never have been. I have a lot of friends here I love interacting with. I’ve been a moderator on discord so I have a pretty fair experience of it. i am comfortable with working night shifts too.
