Of course i'm complaining , i make the promotions 2 weeks ago and they refuse me to pay my promotions ''the level up'' And now i see they don't want pay me for this promotions aswell how i know ? because when i check the winners for the stake vs eddie i don't see my name so yeah normal i'm complaining i'm playing for the promotions cause i love play the promotions and they ban me for this ! I made the promotions and i beat the multiplier on greed slots but they still don't want to pay me , this casino is just so bad to ban people playing only promotions
