I’m here to formally complain about how Stake has handled my VIP bonus issue. Despite significantly higher betting volume and losses at Platinum 3 compared to Platinum 2, I received less total bonus. My remaining Platinum 2 reload bonus (worth $520) was silently canceled when I leveled up — no warning, no explanation. Stake keeps repeating that the bonuses were “merged,” but the payout clearly proves otherwise. The numbers don’t lie. Instead of solving the issue, Stake closed my forum thread and continues to push generic replies and avoid responsibility. This goes completely against Stake’s own promotion: “Higher level = better rewards.” In my case, it’s the opposite. I’m posting this because I believe in transparency, and users deserve to know the truth.

I need to expose this: When I was upgraded to Platinum 3, I still had 10 days of unclaimed Platinum 2 reload bonuses worth $520. Without any warning or notification, Stake simply removed them. I’m not asking for anything extra — just what I had already earned. The bonuses were mine, and I had every right to claim them. Now they’re gone, and all I get is the excuse: “Only one reload is allowed.” So where did my unclaimed Platinum 2 bonuses go? This is what Stake calls a “fair and transparent” VIP system?
