Yeah I was thinking it was because it was over the weekend but still the support is available.

Is it normal for a delay after leveling up? I recently joined stake and hit Bronze tier on Saturday morning. My friend @marckbtold me I should receive a reward for that and I also did receive an email saying that I would be contacted by support.
