Hey there @NatasaC 👋🏻 Stake Username : Toxic3864 Time Spent on Chat: I spend approx 2-4 hours in chat , while playing and chit chatting. If I am suppose to take up the job as a mod , I can take it pretty well and be active overnight as I am fine with it. Going further I can spend approximately 6-12 hours daily on chat platforms, actively engaging with the community and assisting users when needed. Role of a Moderator: Let's chat gpt a little . As almost everyone is aware of the term moderator xD. A moderator ensures a healthy, respectful, and engaging environment in the chat by enforcing rules, preventing spam, handling disputes, and assisting users with queries. They also monitor scammers and unethical activities to maintain a fair space for all members. Why me ? I am passionate about helping and guiding the community.I have strong communication skills and experience in managing online communities.I have noticed an increase in scammers and rule-breakers and would like to help keep the chat safe for Indian users.I can actively contribute to making Stake India's chat more interactive, fair, and scam-free.Additionally, I am a part of since almost more thaan half a year now Have I ever been banned/muted/warned? Yes, I was muted once for chat jumping at the very beginning of my Stake journey. However, I quickly learned from it, thoroughly understood all chat rules, and have never been muted or banned since then. I always follow the guidelines and promote positive engagement within the community. Past Experience: Yes,I used to run a discord server for approx 10k people and I was an admin there , so I pretty much am aware of the moderator roles and works. My role there was to guide people with the softwares / maintain community guidelines and make users follow the rules and stay peacefully 😀 Availability : Yes, I am prepared to work at nighttime as I am usually active during late hours
