It also includes smooth discussion, addressing concern and enforcing rules and guidelines to the chat.They also handle issue like spamming and ensure chat remaining spam free.U can say they act as a guardian of the chat. 3-Yes initially I was muted for jumping chat as I was not aware about the chat rules but now I have read all the guidelines and until now I have never been warned or muted for violating chat rules 4-No, I haven't been a chat moderator myself! However, I do have the skills to help with moderator task like promoting respectful conversation. 5- Yes, I can work in nights or day aswell
