I am writing again to admin/staff to complain about an unresolved financial transaction issue with your service. On 3rd April, I initiated a money transfer via UPI, which, as of now, has not been credited despite more than 24 hours having passed since the transaction. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the reliability and efficiency of your services. Also now it is showing failed even though my money is not credited nor transferred back to my bank. Should I just lose my hope and money on this website ??? is it even trustworthy ???????
I got no response from the mail regarding this problem and writing this mail, I don't know how much longer to I have to wait and I am losing my hope as well as trust in this website
Also I don't know if it will be safe to deposit more money into the system
