It’s been more than 4 days since i reached silver level. Still I haven’t been contacted by any vip manager nor any single reply of any mail I sent to stake support. This is really sick what the hell are you doing stake staff?!.

More than 55+ hours still no contact from vip manager and no replies of any mail. This is really sick……

@Antttii response from support chat @IvanaBe I have been patient from past 48 hours but it’s not the way how much more should I wait? It only takes 5-10 mins to get contacted by host after the level up but in my case it’s been over 48 hours , why?

I reached silver level 2 days ago and yet to be contacted by any of the vip manager. Mailed over 10 times and not even a single response. It’s so disheartening from stake not expected. Its been over 48 hours and no vip manager contacted for level up bonus. It was so important for me i need to fill my fees from that money. Shame!
