A moderator plays a primary and vital role in maintaining the interactiveness, constructive and discipline of the Chat by : • Enforcing the rules of chat so as to maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for the chat users • Punishing the users who are disobeying or not following the chat rules causing disruptive behaviour • Assisting the users and helping them to resolve their queries or issues they are facing • Reporting issues that may be demeaning or Disconstructive in the chat to the Higher authorities. 4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Honestly, I'm a very interactive and communicative person who likes to have conversation with people and gel with them to create a good social bonding. As I have been connected to Stake for almost 2 years, it's been an Integral part of my daily routine and also I can write and speak Hindi and English both language. Hence, with my good communication skills and interactive ability I feel it's the Best role that I can fulfill and contribute to the Stake Indian Chat in my best way possible. 5.Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, I have been muted twice but at that time I wasn't aware about the rules and regulations so I tried to work on the mistakes i did and learned about the chat rules and realized my chat limitations and tried to work on it and never repeat those mistakes again. 6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I have been a moderator in few of the Gaming and content making Youtube channels and also have been moderating for some discord servers too. 7.
