Honestly I spend more than 10-12 hours in a chat daily , in most cases it was more than that . :-Role of a Moderator: Job of a moderator is to keep the chat flow of chat room smooth, friendly and spam free by making the users to act on chat rules. Also to resolve the queries of new/old users and make sure that users are not using a abusive language or showing disrespect behavior to one other. Also to promote the site to new users to attract more users to site. A moderator’s job goes far beyond enforcing rules. It’s about creating a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for everyone. A good mod leads by example, de-escalates tension, supports new users, and helps keep the vibe friendly and fair. It’s a mix of responsibility, presence, and community spirit. :-Why do you want to became moderator ?
