i already written 2 mails regarding this. It's been over 10 days since I made a payment of 500 rs and it still shows pending. I was told to contact support but the live chat does not even give me that option. The transaction id is 2543114545. I have also attached a screenshot of the payment. my stake id is withgrace23 i am a new player who hasnt even been able to start playing.Please do look into and do the needful. Thank you
