2. How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
I spend around 8-10 hours a day in the chat, sometimes actively chatting.
3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
A moderator's job is to manage the conversations and ensure that everybody following the community guidelines and chat rules. Also filter out inappropriate content, such as hate speech, offensive language, and spam. Including resolve conflicts, maintain a positive atmosphere, and keep discussions safe and respectful.
Some responsibilities of a chat moderator include:
Content filtering: Removing inappropriate messages
Conflict resolution: Helping to resolve conflicts
Enforcing rules: Alerting players when a rule violation occurs and muting them who don't follow chat rules.
Reporting inappropriate behaviour: Forwarding reports of inappropriate behaviour to management
Handling players dissatisfaction: Listening to players concerns, providing explanations, and offering solutions.
4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I want to become a moderator on this chat because I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas, and I believe my strong communication skills, ability to actively listen, and commitment to upholding community guidelines will allow me to effectively manage conversations and ensure a respectful dialogue among players.
5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
I have been muted 1 times for Low-Quality chat. I got muted without any notice. And i was new and totally unknown to the rule then.
6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
No, If you accept my application then it is going to be my first moderation job.
7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, Sure. I am okay with any time period.
