3. The Job of the moderator is to keep the chat free of spammers, beggars and abusers.  He assists users when needed and makes sure stake's rules are not broken. He makes the chat environment conducive for stake users. 

4. I want to become a moderator because of my passion for stake. I have been with primedice before migrating to stake in November 2020. I am vast with how stake chat works. I understand and fluently speak the nigerian pidgin and  nigerian languages. This is very necessary for a smooth chat. 

Nigeria also has an unstable power and Internet issue. As a stake moderator, I promise to be very efficient because I have a 24 hour stable power supply and a very fast and reliable unlimited Internet connectivity. Adding this with my passion for this job, I am optimistic that I will be efficient and productive.

A  moderator's job is to manage the conversations and ensure that everybody following the community guidelines and chat rules. Also filter out inappropriate content, such as hate speech, offensive language, and spam. Including resolve conflicts, maintain a positive atmosphere, and keep discussions safe and respectful.

Some responsibilities of a chat moderator include:

Content filtering: Removing inappropriate messages

Conflict resolution: Helping to resolve conflicts

Enforcing rules: Alerting players when a rule violation occurs and muting them who don't follow chat rules.

Reporting inappropriate behaviour: Forwarding reports of inappropriate behaviour to management

Handling players dissatisfaction: Listening to players concerns, providing explanations, and offering solutions.

3. The job of a moderator is to ensure the chat is coordinated in a respectful manner that benefits all members, assist in handling and raising issues and requests to the necessary departments and ensure the liveliness and the peace of the chat is maintained.

I want to become a  mod, so that I can help players address their issues and ensure that everyone, regardless of their VIP level or status has a fair say and is able to chat and express their concerns and be sure it is going to be acted on appropriately. Also my love for the platform also plays a role in my interest.

5. Yes,  for  a fact I have been muted a few times probably less than 5 or thereabout, mainly for talking in caps, and keeping users in check.

6. Yes, I have been a mod on Tons of websites, like Jetton (most recent) , Betfury (Covid (2021 - 2023) , BC.Game (2yrs) and a few others, but stakes community based approach peaks my interest more than others.
