Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? Basically to ensure the smooth chat flow with happy members. Needs several things to do for this like track all the chat logs, participate, initiate, give warnings or mute as required, ensure folks follow the chat rules, conduct roll hunts, discuss problems,solutions and even gossip at time, resolve queries, ensure nice atmosphere in the chat room overall.
