Recently, I went 7 full days being active and wagering enough to qualify, while rains were being distributed to 25+ people — yet I wasn’t included even once. Then, on the 8th day, I suddenly started receiving rains again. This exact pattern has happened to me multiple times. And I'm not alone — many users in the community are reporting the same 7-day exclusion, over and over. Every time we ask support, we’re told: "It’s just bad luck. There’s no such thing as a rain ban." But is it really a coincidence that so many users are experiencing exactly 7 days of being excluded, then magically being included again? We used to understand when it happened during code drop bans, but now it’s happening even without any visible ban or warning. Meanwhile: VIP rewards are being reduced for 30 days, without clear explanation. Code drop bans still happen. 7-day rain exclusions are becoming routine — even when users are net negative for the month. If this truly is just “bad luck,” then I believe the rain system needs a full review — because it’s clearly not working as intended, and it feels unfair.
