I’d like to raise a concern that I (and many others) have been noticing with the rain system.
Recently, I went 7 full days being active and wagering enough to qualify, while rains were being distributed to 25+ people — yet I wasn’t included even once. Then, on the 8th day, I suddenly started receiving rains again.
This exact pattern has happened to me multiple times. And I'm not alone — many users in the community are reporting the same 7-day exclusion, over and over.
Every time we ask support, we’re told:
"It’s just bad luck. There’s no such thing as a rain ban."
But is it really a coincidence that so many users are experiencing exactly 7 days of being excluded, then magically being included again?
We used to understand when it happened during code drop bans, but now it’s happening even without any visible ban or warning.
Meanwhile:
VIP rewards are being reduced for 30 days, without clear explanation.
Code drop bans still happen.
7-day rain exclusions are becoming routine — even when users are net negative for the month.
If this truly is just “bad luck,” then I believe the rain system needs a full review — because it’s clearly not working as intended, and it feels unfair.
We’re loyal players, and we simply want more transparency and fairness in how these systems work.

The rain only goes to the same 20 people every week, the other part of users is blocked every 7 days and after getting banned sometimes you don't last 24 hours with the rain active. Support lies, everyone knows it and they even delete forum posts talking about this topic. @Edward is a fucking liar too who lies to his users and turned this into a profit inequality, he only cares about making money and not giving solutions to his users problems. 

nah if you are consistent in chatting you can get rains too yo know, more like 10mins minimum

My guess is, you got muted by rainbot for spamming or using to many simpel words like "hi". You need to act normal in chat and don´t try to farm it with hi every 15min, and don´t try to chat like crazy. i been muted myself, but when i just started to act normal in chat and talk to everybody the mute was gone and i got rain

I do a weekly 5 dollar parlay, aim for quarter million payout, someday it will hit, my buddy cashed out a $5 > $12k a couple months ago, if he rode it out woulda cleaned up $88k, but the 12 was too tempting. Good cash out anyway.
