Let me tell you a bit about myself and why I’d be a perfect fit for this role. Along with this you people wonder why I am applying for this post even being an Indian.... Usually i stay more than 16 hours on stake but sometimes more than usual. Beacuse i analysis that people are making their with stake and enjoying Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? Job of a moderator is to keep the chat flow of chat room smooth, friendly and spam free by making the users to act on chat rules. Also to resolve the queries of new/old users and make sure that users are not using a abusive language or showing disrespect behavior to one other. Also to promote the site to new users to attract more users to site. I wanted to become a moderator just because I respect them too all. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I want to become a permanent member of this tremendous stake community so I could serve the stake in a better way as I found this site second to none in casino cosmos. And I want to aware people about the pros of this very beloved 😍 community in this entire world *Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? I have no idea of asking or something in form personal information, money, and links due to all these things I got banned for two hree times Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Working as a moderator on your college project likely gave you hands-on experience in facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive environment. This background in fostering collaboration and ensuring respectful interaction directly translates to the skills needed for effective community moderation. You've already practiced guiding a group towards a common goal while upholding established guidelines Are you prepared to work at nighttime? Off course yes, and also ensure the availability at anytime as required by the stake

Monitoring Content: They keep a close eye on messages and other content shared in the chat to ensure they adhere to the established rules. Identifying Violations: They recognize and flag content that is inappropriate, offensive, harmful, or goes against the group's guidelines (e.g., spam, hate speech, harassment, explicit material). Taking Action: They implement the consequences for rule violations, which can include: Issuing warnings to users. Temporarily muting or suspending users. Permanently banning users in severe cases. Explaining Decisions: They may need to communicate with users to explain why certain content was removed or why action was taken against them. * Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? If you ask me why I wanted to a moderator is because I like monitoring things making them in perfect manner that how one should will going to do this and people should react to this at particular time or situation.. Yeah I got warning related to my English speaking habit And for spaming any kind of msg like once I get so frustrated because I not getting rain so I started to spam and thinking that by this I will be eligible for that too * Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yeah I used to work as an moderator in my schooling in my class projects and in even so many things. beacuse I like monitor work or management where it is required Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
