Clearer instructions or visuals could help with engagement. Favorites: I tend to enjoy challenges with smaller but guaranteed rewards—they feel more achievable and fun. Ad-hoc Promotions: They definitely grab attention! I like the surprise factor, especially when they tie into a holiday or trending theme. Communication could be more proactive—maybe a heads-up via email or push notifications would help. Relevance is hit-or-miss. I’d love to see more personalized promos based on activity or preferences. Ideas for New Promotions: How about a “streak challenge” where users can earn rewards for participating X days in a row? Collaborative/team-based promotions could be fun—competing or working together with friends adds a social twist.
