  1. I deposited 450 and won 2200. I'm essentially forced to forfeit my winnings, which is why I don't think that shit should fly. 55k to wager is literally mental.
  2. Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Stake.com and hopefully get some clarity or advice from others who’ve gone through something similar. Recently, I deposited $452.23 into my Stake account. Unbeknownst to me, a $904.15 bonus was automatically applied to my account — I never explicitly requested or intended to use this bonus. My sole intent was to play with my own money and withdraw freely when I wanted to. I started playing, what I assumed to be my own money. Now here’s the kicker: my balance never dropped below the amount of my deposit plus bonus, meaning the bonus funds were never actually used. I wagered only within my deposited balance and won a significant amount, but when I tried to withdraw, I was told I could not because I hadn't met the 40x rollover requirement on both my deposit and the bonus. Despite me repeatedly stating that I never used the bonus and never dropped below my deposit amount (meaning I didn't benefit from their money), their support agents — even after escalation — kept repeating the same line: "Because you started playing with the funds, you triggered the rollover." They completely dismissed the fact that the bonus was never touched. When I asked if I could forfeit the bonus, they said it was no longer possible since “wagering had started,” even though only my own deposited funds were used. I even offered to withdraw only the amount I deposited, untouched, and was still refused. To me, it seems unreasonable to hold my entire balance hostage under bonus terms when I: Never asked for the bonus Never dipped into the bonus balance Only wagered with my own money I’m seriously considering lodging a complaint with AskGamblers and Curaçao eGaming if this isn’t resolved. This whole situation feels deceptive and unfair. If anyone has dealt with a similar issue — or knows of a successful way to challenge this — I’d really appreciate the input. Thanks for reading.
