Easter is really the first big holiday we celebrate as a family after Christmas, so I love the idea of making it a big deal and starting some Easter traditions now that we’ll cherish as our family grows. Easter is always a fun excuse to get dressed up, eat a yummy brunch, and see family. We also love to get outside for Easter egg hunts, and decorate eggs with the kids. Easter is celebrated in India as the first Sunday as "Palm Sunday" as we say it in our regional language as "Khajur Parv" that means "Palm Leaves Festival." In Palm Sunday People go to Church holding Palm leaves in their hand, then the upcoming Friday we celebrate "Good Friday" as the remembrance of Lord "Christ Jesus" and finally the next Sunday we happily celebrate "EASTER" with our families and friends.
