Witajcie droga Gawiedzi! Otóż kilka dni temu założyłem wątek w sekcji Stake Chat Appeals, zgłaszając poważne zastrzeżenia co do działania moderatora spiman417. Jak się później okazało, była to niewłaściwa kategoria — w tamtej sekcji mogą odpowiadać wyłącznie moderatorzy i support, a zwykli użytkownicy nie mają możliwości zabrania głosu. Dziś ten sam moderator nałożył na mnie 24-godzinną blokadę czatu. Uważam tę karę za całkowicie nieuzasadnioną i motywowaną osobistą zemstą, ponieważ została nałożona krótko po złożeniu przeze mnie oficjalnej skargi na jego zachowanie. Wg mnie nie jest to oznaka, jak to sam stwierdził - „jego poprawy w moderowaniu chatu” tylko niestabilności emocjonalnej nie mówiąc o kompletnym braku profesjonalizmu. Poniżej zamieszczam treść formalnej skargi, którą dziś złożyłem: ” Dear Stake Support Team, I am hereby submitting a formal complaint regarding the actions of moderator spiman417, who issued me a 24-hour chat mute with the justification: “komentowanie rain bota / fejk info”. I demand the immediate removal of the 24h mute imposed on me, as this penalty is entirely baseless, disproportionate to any alleged violation, and motivated solely by personal retaliation. At the moment the mute was applied, I wrote in the chat that “they removed my shadow ban”. This was a private remark concerning my activity in another RPG game, which I play with a friend I met on the Stake chat. I did not comment on Stake’s rain bot in any way, nor did I complain about rains or spread any information regarding the platform’s reward mechanics. According to the official Polish chat rules of Stake (including the detailed explanation of the rules available at: https://stakecommunity.com/topic/49981-szczegółowe-omówienie-zasad-czatu/), there is no prohibition on discussing the rain bot or the reward mechanics. The only mention related to rains is the ban on thanking the Rain-bot. Moderator spiman417 either does not know the rules he is enforcing, or he is deliberately applying them in an expanded manner that is inconsistent with their actual content. Discussions about the rain bot, reward algorithms, and potential issues with receiving rains occur on the Polish chat dozens of times per day. In the vast majority of cases, they result in nothing more than a warning — even when the same person repeats the topic multiple times. Imposing a 24-hour mute in my case represents a gross disproportion and has no basis in the regulations. Particularly concerning is the timing of this mute. It was issued shortly after I submitted an official complaint on the forum regarding the conduct of the same moderator. Even more telling is spiman417’s behavior immediately after applying the mute — he wrote to other users that he “wanted me to improve in my work”. This is clear evidence that the penalty was imposed for personal reasons, rather than based on an objective violation of the rules. This type of conduct — acting under the influence of emotions, personal retaliation, disproportionate use of penalties, and publicly justifying decisions in a way that suggests a private grudge — demonstrates emotional instability on the part of the moderator and his inability to perform his duties impartially. A moderator should remain composed, professional, and guided solely by the regulations, not by personal grievances or a desire to “improve” someone who has filed a complaint against him. In light of the above, I request: 1. Immediate removal of the 24h mute imposed on me. 2. A full investigation into the circumstances of the mute issued by spiman417. 3. An analysis of his overall pattern of behavior toward Polish chat users (including his previously documented arrogant, belittling, and condescending communication style). 4. Immediate and permanent removal of spiman417 from the Polish chat moderator team. „ Sprawa ta nie dotyczy wyłącznie mojej osoby. Jeśli ktoś z Was miał w przeszłości negatywne doświadczenia z moderatorem spiman417 (nieadekwatne wyciszenia, wyśmiewanie użytkowników, arogancki ton, feeling bezkarności, kpina z ludzi którzy pracują bo on nie musi itd.) i posiada screeny lub konkretne przykłady — zachęcam do podzielenia się nimi w tym wątku. Im więcej rzetelnych informacji, tym lepiej będzie można ocenić, czy mamy do czynienia z pojedynczymi incydentami, czy z szerszym problemem. That is not the subject of this thread. My complaint concerns the consistent and repeated pattern of unprofessional conduct by moderator spiman417 toward Polish-speaking users. The screenshots I have attached come from another player — a female user whom I personally referred to Stake.com and who appears on my list of referred users. She shared these screenshots with me directly and gave explicit permission to use them in this complaint. They are not fabricated, nor taken from any secondary account under my control. What these screenshots clearly demonstrate is a recurring approach: users who ask normal questions are met with sarcasm, condescension, and public belittlement. This is not an isolated incident. It reflects a visible and repeated pattern visible in the provided material. What is particularly concerning is that on the Polish chat, spiman417 is widely perceived as someone who operates with complete impunity and cannot be effectively challenged. This creates an atmosphere of fear rather than open and healthy communication. For context, other Polish moderators such as Katie94, Mistaker, and Michper moderate in a professional, respectful, and constructive manner. This clearly shows that proper moderation on the Polish chat is possible and already being practiced. The problem is therefore isolated to one individual. A moderator’s fundamental role is to support users, answer questions, and maintain a positive community atmosphere. When a moderator instead discourages participation, publicly mocks users, and creates a chilling effect, it damages both the Polish community and Stake’s reputation. I formally request the immediate and permanent removal of spiman417 from the moderator team. I remain available to provide any further materials required.
