Here's what happened:
 
I reached out to live chat support about my level-up, and they credited me a bonus right there. Cool, I thought that was it.
Then, out of nowhere, I get an email about a "Ladder Bonus" for Platinum II. No mention in the chat that this was the same thing – it sounded like an additional reward on top of what I already got.
When I followed up, they basically said "oh, that's what we already gave you" and closed the ticket without properly explaining or confirming if I'm missing out on anything extra. Feels shady, like they're hiding behind vague terms to avoid paying out properly.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of confusion on VIP bonuses? Ladder Bonus vs. Level-Up Bonus – are they really the same, or is Stake just mixing things up to their advantage? I've seen posts about delayed or missing rewards before, and this seems like another example of poor support.
Stake team, if you're reading this: Fix this and credit whatever I'm owed. Don't make me escalate further – players deserve transparency, especially at higher VIP tiers.

From what I've read here and on Reddit (r/Stake), Level Up is the base reward for hitting the tier (fixed + personal boost based on wagering), while Ladder Bonuses are promo emails like "Climbing VIP Ladder" with extras ($30–$350+), and people get multiples as they progress. Support's messages use "Ladder" and "Level Up" interchangeably, but that doesn't match community experiences. Feels like they're avoiding paying the email one by saying it's duplicate. Absolutely ripped off and not happy with stake at all

I've been a loyal player in Vancouver grinding to Platinum II, and I appreciate the bonuses so far. However, the recent confusion around my Level Up vs. Ladder Bonus has left me frustrated—chat credited one on 2/15/2026, but the email suggested an additional promo, and your responses treated them as the same without clear explanation. This doesn't align with what I've seen in the community about separate Ladder rewards.
To resolve this in good faith and keep me playing happily, could you please provide a goodwill gesture, like an extra reload bonus or free spins? I'd love to continue wagering here without escalating further.

Stake, don't make them escalate further. Players deserve transparency especially at higher VIP tiers like Plat II. Just credit em whatever they are owed. They clearly would like to keep playing happily. Maybe an extra reload bonus or free spins could rectify this. Once again, they'd just love to continue wagering without escalating further.

Have you guys ever made a withdrawal? Does stake offer an e-transfer withdrawal option, or only crypto? I don’t have a crypto wallet. TIA

That's fair.. clarification would be great so others don't make the same mistake.. 

I can relate to this. Not everyone is naturally active on forums, and forcing posts just to meet a requirement can sometimes lead to the opposite of meaningful discussion.
It might be helpful if alternative forms of eligibility were considered, such as gameplay activity or account engagement, rather than focusing mainly on post count. That way, players who genuinely enjoy participating in contests but aren’t very social on the forum can still take part without feeling pressured to post unnecessarily.

Im interested in understanding why some contest/giveaway eligibility requirements include a minimum number of posts on the forum... I am not a social gambler (or person) usually, but I do like to play and enter contests and giveaways.   Now here is my issue, most of the topics here aren't of interest for me, and if I just post something randomly, I get nailed for spamming.   Can you lower the number needed or something?  I still have to find 4 other threads to post and come up with something that won't get me flagged.. provided this one is approved.   Obviously, not an ideal situation..
