How Does Stake Determine Eligibility for Targeted Promos? (Looking for

Featured Comment

I’ve been a Stake player for several years now and I’m currently VIP Platinum II.

I understand that not all promotions are guaranteed and that many of them are targeted. However, I’m hoping to get some general clarification on how promo eligibility is usually determined.

From a player’s perspective, it’s sometimes unclear whether eligibility is influenced by things like:

Gameplay consistency

Casino vs sportsbook activity

Wager volume or volatility

I’m not asking about my account specifically, and I fully understand that internal systems can’t be disclosed in detail.

A high-level explanation from a moderator would be greatly appreciated, as I believe many long-term players are also curious about this.

Hello there @Ladea

Every promotion includes a Terms & Conditions section, which outlines all the necessary information and requirements for that specific promotion. In the case of email promotions, they also usually contain all relevant details needed to understand the eligibility criteria.

If you require further clarification regarding any of the requirements, you are always welcome to contact us via live chat or the forum for on-site and forum promotions, or through live support for any promotions not listed on the site or forum.

hello there @MladenS

Thank you for the explanation.
I understand that each promotion has its own Terms & Conditions, and I’ve taken the time to read them. I was mainly curious about how eligibility is generally assessed, especially since some long-term and active players seem to have different experiences with promotions.
If any other moderators or community members are able to share general insights or experiences (without going into sensitive details), I think it could be helpful for many of us here.
Appreciate the clarification and the ongoing support.

Hello @Ladea

As Mladen already explained, eligibility depends on the promotion, and the conditions are not the same for all promotions. Long term and new players have the same chances in each promotion, and eligibility is the same for everyone. The length of time someone has been a Stake user does not affect their eligibility or chance of winning in a promotion.

I hope this helps with your question.

Thank you for the clarification, I appreciate the explanation. @BratislavK

It’s good to know that eligibility is applied equally regardless of account age. I think the curiosity mainly comes from seeing different outcomes among players with similar activity levels.

If any community members are willing to share their experiences with promotions β€” how often they appear, or under what circumstances they usually receive them β€” I believe it could help provide more perspective for everyone following this topic.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond.

Im interested in understanding why some contest/giveaway eligibility requirements include a minimum number of posts on the forum... I am not a social gambler (or person) usually, but I do like to play and enter contests and giveaways.Β  Β Now here is my issue, most of the topics here aren't of interest for me, and if I just post something randomly, I get nailed for spamming.Β  Β Can you lower the number needed or something?Β  I still have to find 4 other threads to post and come up with something that won't get me flagged.. provided this one is approved.Β  Β Obviously, not an ideal situation..

I can relate to this. Not everyone is naturally active on forums, and forcing posts just to meet a requirement can sometimes lead to the opposite of meaningful discussion.

It might be helpful if alternative forms of eligibility were considered, such as gameplay activity or account engagement, rather than focusing mainly on post count. That way, players who genuinely enjoy participating in contests but aren’t very social on the forum can still take part without feeling pressured to post unnecessarily.

So, from my experience its a bit different.Β  Has a bit to do with deposits and wager. But i realised its mainly to do with your external crypto wallet. Ive gotten the promotion in the last 12 month probably around 10times, varying from 100 to 200usd. But i would say that the majority amount of the times i got the promotions when i deposited more that 1.5k in 24h and when my external wallet has more than 5k. You have to remember stake actually can and do check how much money the wallet you send from has.Β

The idea is to give you bonus so you loose them and deposit more

Same here, I believe keeping a criteria at 10 forum post encourages spamming, especially when it has to do with entering contests and giveaways
