We were playing the Turbo! 50$ tournament that start at 02h45 am and were 10 lefts with an average of more or less 20bbs and the hand after the big blinds had a massive upps and everybody falls at 0.5 - 1bbs for the biggest stacks and everybody gets allin by the blinds + this was at the bubble , i looked into the structure and there is not an augmentation this big on 1 level do someone know what can i do for maybe refunded of my buys in (1 entry + 2 re-entrys ) cuz i just lost 150$ By a structure bug (unfortunately i was not recording my screen and i was on big blind when this happened) so i busted before the possibility of screenshot the evenement I hope the support will reckon that its a bug and refund all the players that been messed up by this, its juste a non-sense that the average stacks goes by 20 to 1.1 bb on 1 hands and its just a lottery and pure scam for the players who grinds their stacks throught the tournament duration and reduce the players edge to 0. Thx for reading
